And when it comes to architecture and design, Sans-Arc, an architectural firm located in Adelaide—one of Australia’s major cities—definitely knows its stuff. One of its latest projects, the Pink Moon Saloon, has garnered well-deserved awards since its opening in November 2015. Its opening would not have been possible without the Adelaide City Hall passing the Small Venue License bill, which has led to the opening of numerous small bars, restaurants, art galleries, and live music venues.
Pink Moon Saloon has quickly become one of the most popular establishments, thanks to its culinary offerings, a simple yet carefully crafted cuisine, and most of all, its design. Small and highly original, it is tucked in between two large office buildings, further enhancing the distinctiveness of this tiny bar whose design takes its inspiration from traditional wilderness huts.
At the Pink Moon Saloon in Adelaide, where the atmosphere is friendly and cosmopolitan, delicious cocktails are served, such as the Mandarin Aviation—a delectable combination of gin, mandarin, lemon, and crème de violette—among many other refreshing options, as well as scrumptious dishes, which is why it is now one of the must-visit bars in the city.
The decor of this small establishment is remarkable for the use of wood, completely covering all the walls and floors, as well as in the furniture, combined with architectural elements in blue tones, metal lighting fixtures, and a polished concrete bar counter, which give it a particularly warm and cozy atmosphere, in line with the latest trends.
