The experience, dedication and savoir faire of Mas de Torrent guarantees everything you can find at Far Nomo: good taste, culinary creativity and excellent service. The Mas de Torrent Hotel & Spa opened in 1988, following the restoration of the 18th century Catalan country house, which converted it into an establishment of reference on the Costa Brava, unique and exclusive and it has been a member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux brand since 1990.

With a pairing of these characteristics, Far Nomo is guaranteed success. Be sure not to miss the tartars, in particular the aka ebi no tartar (Palamós red prawn tartar with prawn crisps), the fried rice with “sea cucumber” from the Costa Brava, porcini and “horn of plenty” or any of the special Nigiris or Makis. You’ll have to go back there serveral times to try everything on the menu!
