For most of us it’s impossible to begin a new day without enjoying an aromatic and delicious cup of coffee. Black, with milk, as a latte, with ice, a good day begins with a nice cup of coffee.
The Coffee Collective is a project from my country that I would like to share with you.
It is a caring, fair and exquisite initiative, created by a group of Danish entrepreneurs who appreciate everything surrounding the world of coffee and the road it takes from the moment its seed is planted to the instant you enjoy its aroma in a recently served cup. The Coffee Collective toasts, sells and educates as part of an honest philosophy surrounding the process, so as to deploy an exceptional experience with which to offer the best living conditions to coffee producers around the world. It is a perfect balance between the three fundamental axes of the creation of a high-quality product, a harmony honored by the farmer, the toaster and the barista.
Its three own stores and numerous other clients who serve its esteemed product vouch for the team’s savoir faire. And the starting point: a small seed and nature. A crop, the varieties of coffee trees, the soil conditions, the rain, the sun and the wind, the small variables which will determine the distinguished essence of a good coffee, to make a dream which promotes an idea come true, in such a way that a small coffee producer in Kenya can enjoy the same conditions and values as those obtained by a producer of French wine.
I love this comprehensive and transparent business model created in 2007, which guarantees the best quality of a product essential in our lives. A true commitment to the producer who “molds” this small coffee bean so that one day it will reach our cups.
.
In Brazil, Colombia, Kenya and Panama, The Coffee Collective fosters this small gesture of pleasure which is repeated 1.6 billion times a day.
