Nicolas Vahé, French-Danish cuisine

Chef Nicolas Vahé was born in Amiens, in the north of France, trained in Pic Valence, an exquisite restaurant boasting 3 Michelin stars located in the city of Valence. He later trained as a chocolatier with Daniel Giraud, the prestigious master chocolatier who is often quoted as the world’s best chocolate maker.

Three years of hard work in Funen opened the doors for him to work in Fakkelgarden, south of Jutland, as a pastry chef.

In 2007, after two successful experiences, he decided to create his very own brand of specialties based on his unique recipes. His skills as a chef afforded him the knowledge needed to understand what people like and crave for.

Nicolas Vahé combines traditional recipes with vanguard techniques and finds his inspiration all around the world. His close collaboration with the French and Italian producers of the ingredients he uses ensures the highest possible quality and flavors that are impossible to beat.
