Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional charge.

If you need to leave your luggage, you can do so at any time in our lockers located in the building, at no additional charge.

All our apartments are fully equipped and furnished to make you feel at home.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with tableware, a coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster. Each apartment also features a TV, air conditioning/heating, a washing machine with a drying program, and an iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival. Shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer are provided in the bathroom.

If you book on our website, you will receive a welcome breakfast basket on the first day of your stay or the following morning. The basket includes cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, milk, tea, bread, ham or cheese, and a sweet treat. Items may vary between buildings and depending on the season.

Cleaning is included before arrival and upon departure. For stays of 7 nights or more, an additional cleaning is included. Extra cleaning services are available upon request for an additional charge.

If you wish to cancel a reservation or request a change of dates, you must do so in writing by emailing book@ericvokel.com. Conditions may apply.
If your reservation was made through a third party (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia), please contact them first.

Children ages 0 to 3 can stay for free. Cribs are available; just let us know when booking.

Dogs under 10 kg are welcome at most of our properties for an extra charge. Please let us know when booking for more information.
